I have been asked many times what is the internet's best screen capture freeware.

I personally have tried many methods and many freewares.

The simplest way to capture your desktop screen is to hold down on the "Print Scrn" key (next to the Scroll Lock key) for a couple of seconds, then magically the entire desktop screen will be stored in memory. You can then paste it into your favoriate image editor, or even Microsoft Word and do your image editing there.

Even though the technique described is used by many people including myself, it is such a pain in the butt and such a waste of your PC memory to capture the entire desktop member when all you need is a particular window, or a particular region of your screen. This is why Printkey2000 can come in handy.

First of all, it's free! Yep, this powerful screen capture tool is a freeware. I have used it for many years and it has been so handy that it resides in my system tray just waiting for me to capture whatever I want at anytime. With Printkey2000 you can select a particular window, dialog, or form to capture, you can even draw a rectangle right on your screen where you want to it to capture. Very powerful, handy tool that any webmasters or regular PC users can not do without. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
